Streams are organized into buckets. A bucket is a namespace, like a folder that groups related streams together. 
/ds/{bucket}/{stream}
For example, a collaborative editing app might use one bucket per workspace, with one stream per document: /ds/workspace-a/doc-1, /ds/workspace-a/doc-2. An agent platform might use /ds/agents/session-xyz. Buckets must be created explicitly before streams can be created inside them. You can list all streams in a bucket, filter by prefix, and paginate with cursors.
